Life is wild. As calm as our days can be, they can also be noisy. Sometimes our days are full of passion and anger simultaneously. Love isurrounds us but relational love is a option. Oftentimes, unbeknownst to us, a broken heart may come of the collapse of a relational love experience. The collapse is heavy and seems to rupture something on the inside and just as crusty as this Valentine's Day Pizza I ordered from Pizza Hut:

When life turns your heart into a burnt pizza, here are some thing syou can do to bring it back to life. (Dont just add cheese)
1. Accept it. Thats all.
2. Don't regret it Life is a series of victories and lessons. There are no L's to be taken. The lesson you learned is invaluable.
3. Take the lesson and build a beautiful life It is not the end. There is so much oppurtunity to build at the end of destruction.
4. Get to know yourself. So often we tend to blame ourselves for the end of a realtionship. Try not to question what you could have done "better" or "different". Toss those thoughts aside, they will not help you unless they aid you in healing and GETTING BETTER at living.
5. Find your hobbies again
Some hobbies that became "our hobbies" are still your own. Go back to them, this will aid in your process to learning yourself
6. Seek help and talk to someone
Talk to a friend or a professsional. An outside opinion will put a lot into perspective and aid in your healing process.
